Who We Are

Midnight Make LLC is a small company based in Arlington Heights, IL that designs and sells educational electronics kits for those who love building and learning. (Especially late at night, like us.)

Team

The company was founded by Geoff Nagy. His background includes a PhD in robotics, five years as an R&D engineer at Apple, and countless late nights with a soldering iron.

Mission

There has never been a better time to learn how to build something awesome. We believe in fueling education and curiosity through approachable, yet powerful, projects that work in the real world.

The μBee Drone Kit and Pocket Bot are now available, giving builders hands-on platforms for exploring flight, embedded programming, autonomous robotics, and multi-robot systems. Next, Midnight Make is bringing near-space exploration within reach with an upcoming high-altitude balloon kit.

Our kits are designed to be hackable and expandable, rather than closed toys. While they work out-of-the-box, you can assemble them, study how they work, modify their code, and use them as foundations for your own projects and experiments.
